Dr. Charity Bailey, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. With more than a decade of nursing experience, Charity has served in diverse roles including Director of Nursing for both psychiatric and pediatric facilities, Regional Director of pediatric home health, and psychiatric home health clinician. Her background reflects a deep commitment to patient advocacy, leadership, and holistic care that addresses the mind, body, and environment.
Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Charity and her family have called Milton home for the past seven years. She and her husband have been together for 17 years and share three wonderful children.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys camping, traveling,
and cheering on her kids in their many sports and activities. She brings this same sense of dedication, balance, and family-centered perspective to her work, believing that strong relationships and meaningful connection are the foundation of mental and physical wellness.
